By participating, entrants agree to these Rules of the Promotion. All entries become property of the company and will not be returned. Void where prohibited.

2. Promotion Period: Give-away begins 12:01am Eastern Time (ET) on 05/01/08 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET 10/30/08 ("Promotion Period"). Entries must be received and recorded by the company’s computer during the promotion period. The company’s computer is the official time keeping device for the sweepstakes.

3. To Enter: Visit www.4wd.com or www.4wheelparts.com/(hereafter "Web site") during the promotion period, and click on the icons, banners or text links to access the give-away entry webpage. Follow the online instructions for providing your complete name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and daytime phone number, ownership of a Jeep and/or truck including make and model if applicable. Limit one (1) entry per person/email and/or physical street address. Any attempt to submit more than the maximum number of entries using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods may void that participant's entry. You may also submit entries by standard postcard (4.25” x 6.00” only) with the following information; your complete name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and daytime phone number, ownership of a Jeep and/or truck including make and model if applicable. Entries generated by a robotic, macro, programmed, or any other automated means will be disqualified. All entry information becomes the property of The Company. The Company reserves the right to verify all entries.

4. Drawing: A winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about 11/01/08 from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by phone and/or mail. Prize cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted.

5. Prize/Odds: Prize (1): $10,000 Shopping Spree for BFGoodrich, Rancho Shocks/Suspension and Warn Off-Road Products, available at 4 Wheel Drive Hardware or 4 Wheel Parts locations. Any remaining credit after purchase of aforementioned brands, may be used to purchase additional products available at 4 Wheel Drive Hardware or 4 Wheel Parts. All taxes (including, but not limited to, sales taxes and income taxes), insurance and costs associated with the prize, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the prize, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner must accept delivery of the prize at a specified time and location and is required to present a valid driver's license prior to accepting the prize. If winner fails to comply with these delivery conditions, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. All expenses not expressly specified herein are solely the winner's responsibility. The difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded to the winner. If winner cannot accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions: Participants agree (a) that “The Companies”, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Give-away or any Give-away related activities and (b) except where legally prohibited, winner grants (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission to “The Companies” and those acting under its authority the right to the use of his/her name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt of notification.
